Season 1

Constable Pushpa is dealing with a prankster in Lucknow's Ladies Special Branch. While she is talking on the phone, she hears some ruckus outside the police station. She asks Santosh to have a look outside. Santosh notices that there is a warning sign on the notice board claiming to shut the police station down in 30 days. Santosh tells this to Pushpa and Pushpa advises all the employee to run away from the back gate. As all of them are about to escape, Inspector Haseena Mallik stops them and takes them inside the police station. She assures the mob that she will pay all of the debt before the station shuts down. Meanwhile, Karishma Singh brings a buyer to sell the police station to him. Haseena Mallik sends the Buyer back and asks her staff to register an F.I.R. with in 24 hours.

All the staff members are worried about their suspension. They are trying to figure out ways to lodge an FIR. Pushpa comes up with an idea, she gathers the women in the station and starts worshiping a Goddess. Meanwhile, she asks them to file a FIR if they have any issue. Her plan fails as no one lodges a FIR. Later, Karishma comes up with another plan, she tries to threaten every woman on the road to have them file a FIR. Her plan backfires as few of those women enter the police station and file a FIR against Karishma herself for threatening them openly. At the end, Haseena arrives in the station and orders Karishma to fix the situation.

Inspector Haseena Malik decides to trap Dr. Archana Naagar ruing a sex indentification racket. Therefore, she asks Pushpaji to play the role of pregnant woman and tells her that Nawab Sahab is her childs father. But Nawab Sahab tells Pushpaji that he will only accept the child, if it is a girl. Therefore, to know the gender of the girl, Puspaji records herself consulting to Dr. Archana to catch her red handed. But her plan fails, as the camera abruptly shuts down. How will Inspector Haseena lodge a FIR against Dr. Archana?

Everyone is happy on learning that woman police station will now remain open. Suddenly, a young girl comes and complains about fake degree racket. Haseena Mallik orders everyone to bust this racket. They try hard, but nobody succeeds in collecting concrete evidence as all the scams are run quite smartly by an education mafia, Gyan Prakash Tuteja. They then call Tuteja to the police station.

Karishma slaps Tuteja for his deeds. Haseena reprimands Karishma for the act. She orders Karishma to investigate the case in her own way, while she will do it in her own. Both the lady cops come to know about a lead. They reach there in disguise to catch the culprit. Will they succeed?

His wife makes fun of him on an App. Haseena calls his wife to the police station and discovers that she is a star on the App and has several fans. Hence, she refuses to stop her behaviour. Everybody tries to figure out a way to solve the issue but they discover that the man has vanished. Everybody is shocked.

Haseena's superiors give her a forty-eight hours deadline to find Pandey. Haseena promises to resign if she should fail this task.

A news article claims something is brewing between Haseena and Kamlesh aka Chulbuli. Meanwhile, Pammi arrives at the police station with her lawyer to file a case against Haseena. Later, Haseena challenges Pammi. Will Haseena make Pammi realises Chulbulis worth?

Karishma comes before a group of men who are harassing iocent boys and girls in the park. Infuriated, she teache's them a lesson. The incident goes viral on social media and Haseena gets irked by this. An irritated Karishma hands over her transfer papers to Haseena who gets shocked by this.

The humiliated couple meets Karishma to express their gratitude. Angad not only insults Karishma but also shares the park raid video on social media. He urges the public to decide the right from wrong in the video.

The couples video becomes viral on social media. People declare their actions to be against Indian culture. The girl takes the criticism too harshly and attempts suicide. But Karishma saves her in the nick of time and brings her to the police station. They decide to devise a plan for the girl's safety.

While on patrol, Karishma sees a girl attempting suicide and saves the girl. She realises the identity of the girl after saving her. The girl is Antara. Karishma is taken aback. Antara expresses her sadness and says that she has no hope left since her father does not trust her. Haseena comes up with a plan and it involves the staff faking AnTara's death. Santosh and Pushpa are to train Antara to act like a dead body. Karishma disagrees with the plan but Haseena asks her to calm down.

Pushpa tries to call Antara's father but fails. She then proceeds to take Antara and Mukesh for some snacks. Just then, Angad Acharya comes with AnTara's father and blames Haseena for helping Antara run away with Mukesh. Vikram displays a letter where Antara mentions her departure. Meanwhile, Santosh brings in a stretcher with somebody on it and covered in a white cloth. Vikram is told that the person under the cover is Antara. Vikram is shocked and as he reaches out to unmask the face, Karishma stops him to make him realises his mistake. As soon as Vikram realises his mistake, Haseena calls Antara in, revealing their plan. Vikram thanks everybody but Angad comes in and is shocked to see Antara. Vikram threatens Angad before leaving.

Hassena is 2 days shy of her suspension when Angad arrives at the police station. He threatens Haseena that if she doesn't apologize publicly, he will do whatever it takes to get the police station shut down. Haseena retorts back to him and he scurries away. Outside the police station, Angad encounters Murari, whom he threatens and coaxes to be a part of his plan. Both Murari and Angad return to the police station and Angad makes an accusation that Murari was beaten up in the police station, thus maligning its image.

There looms a danger on Karishma. Also, the police station is vulnerable to threats.
