Season 3

Dr. Rahul Garewal enters Sanjeevani. Meanwhile, Armaan gives Muskaan a lift to Mumbai. Some goons misbehave with Riddhima while she's travelling in a bus. Later, when Armaan figures that he may have to work with Riddhima, he requests to be placed with someone else. Does Riddhima escape the goons?

Armaan and Rahul Garewal remember their college days. Armaan gets angry when Riddhima takes sides with Rahul. Meanwhile, Muskaan creates chaos when she enters Sanjivani. Later, Shubhankar sees Dr. Shashank talking to nurse Padma. Does Shubhankar suspect that something is amiss about Shashank and Padma?

Atul sees Rahul talking to Anjali and feels jealous. Meanwhile, Armaan speaks to Sumit who confesses that he loves Riddhima. Later, Sumit goes missing and Kirti scolds everyone for negligence. Where has Sumit gone? Did Armaan do something to him in a fit of jealousy?

Amit lies about his illness and Atul suggests calling Shubhankar. Sumit calls up Riddhima to confess his love for her. He adds that he will never come back to the hospital. Later, Armaan and Rahul agree for a bike race. Does Riddhima convince Sumit?

Padma arrives at Shashank's house, while everybody is discussing the bike race between Armaan and Rahul. Meanwhile, Shubhankar figures that Amit is lying and asks him why. Amit confesses that he loves Sapna. Just before the race, Anjali, Atul, Sapna and Muskaan cheer for Armaan. Will Riddhima cheer for him too?

Atul asks Armaan to teach him to ride a bike. Meanwhile, Amit thanks Shubhankar for his help and support. Later, Shashank and Kirti call all the interns for a meeting. In the meeting, Shashank questions everyone on the race. Will the race be cancelled?

Armaan and Rahul begin their race. Meanwhile, Riddhima tells Atul that she is not interested in Armaan. During the race, Atul shows a placard to Armaan with Riddhima's statement. Armaan falls off the bike and Rahul wins. Armaan is brought to the hospital unconscious. Will he be alright?

Shashank advises Armaan, not to let his personal and professional lives affect each other. Atul tells Armaan that Riddhima tended to him and never left his side. At the New Year Party, Riddhima feels unhappy and goes to the terrace. She is surprised to see someone on the terrace. Who?

Shaken by the romantic side of Armaan, Riddhima runs away. Later, Rahul and Muskaan get stuck in the store room and are found by the ward boy the next morning. Shubhankar observes Sapna with Amit. Riddhima takes care of Armaan and he praises her. Are Armaan and Riddhima in love?

Riddhima overhears a conversation between Anjali and Muskan. Meanwhile, Kirti asks Rahul to stay in the general ward with Anjali. Later, Shashank announces Armaan as the 'Intern of the month'. What did Riddhima overhear? How will the other interns react to Armaan's success?

Dr. Kirti scolds Armaan for coming late and tells him that he has to be tougher. Muskaan rants at Rahul as he provokes everyone against Armaan. Later, Armaan asks Ridhima to help him in Gappu’s appendix treatment.

Armaan comforts Ridhima and apologises for hurting her. Ridhima tells Armaan that they will not disclose their relationship to anyone. Dr. Kirti congratulates Armaan for his good work as a monitor. Rahul taunts Armaan.

Armaan and Riddhima confess their love for each other. Meanwhile, Shashank is happy about Padma's return to the hospital. Later, jealous on seeing Riddhima talking to Rahul, Armaan forces her to express her love in front of everyone. Will Riddhima agree?

Armaan asks Ridhima to confess his love to him in front of everybody. However, she refuses to do so. Shashank asks Armaan about Muskaan being allotted duty in the OT. Sapna tells everybody that she is getting married soon. Armaan is angry with Ridhima for agreeing to dance with Rahul.

Rahul lies to convince Riddhima that it's his birthday. Meanwhile, Armaan briefs and allocates work to everyone as he is the monitor. Kirti gives Armaan feedback received from all the interns about his performance as a monitor. Later, Riddhima makes plans for Rahul's birthday. How will Armaan react?

Rahul asks Riddhima out. She escapes and asks Armaan to pick her up from the parking lot. However, Rahul reaches there before Armaan and takes Riddhima with him. Armaan gets upset about this and misunderstands Riddhima. Is Riddhima encouraging Rahul's attention?

Riddhima asks Armaan to do 500 push-ups to prove his love for her. Later, Armaan gets upset when Riddhima is selected as Rahul's dance partner. Meanwhile, Naaniji tells Anjali that Shashank likes Padma. Shashank asks Dr. Kirti to take charge since Armaan's duty as monitor is over.

Riddhima keeps a gift for Armaan in his locker and finds some paper with her name written on it. Armaan is shocked when Muskaan asks him to act as her boyfriend. Nani and Anjali plan to force Shashank and Padma to attend Sapna's marriage. Will Armaan agree to Muskaan's request?

Armaan and Riddhima attend Sapna's wedding. Later, Muskaan requests Armaan's help. Meanwhile, Shashank is elated to see Padma at the wedding. Shubhankar feels happy to see Shashank and Padma together. Will Armaan comply with Muskaan's request? Will Shashank and Padma accept their feelings?

Armaan gifts Riddhima an ancestral bangle declaring that he wants to spend the rest of his life with her. Muskaan's parents arrive to meet her boyfriend. They mistake Armaan to be Muskaan's boyfriend. Will this mistake cause fissures in Armaan and Riddhima's relationship?

Shashank and Anjali ask Riddhima about the bangle that Armaan gifted her, but she lies about it. Later, Padma asks Armaan about his idea of a wife. Armaan jokingly lists down things that Riddhima hears and gets angry. How long will Armaan and Riddhima hide their relationship from everyone?

Rahul admires and praises Riddhima in her marriage outfit. Armaan gets jealous and angry. Armaan's behaviour irritates Riddhima and she refuses to receive his calls. Armaan visits Riddhima's house to pacify her and is stunned. What did Armaan find so shocking?

Worried about not being able to control her feelings, Riddhima makes every possible attempt to avoid confronting Armaan. Later, Muskaan's mother informs them about her grandmother's critical condition and asks her to come home with her boyfriend, Armaan, immediately. What will Armaan do now?

Rahul's constant compliments to Riddhima irritate Armaan. Muskaan's parents repeatedly ask her to come home with her boyfriend, Armaan. Armaan wishes to be of help to Muskaan. However, he fears that doing so might jeopardise his relationship with Riddhima. What will Armaan decide to do?

A girl tries to flirt with Armaan. Riddhima notices this and is jealous. Later, Armaan requests for leave to go with Muskaan to meet her parents. Muskaan is overjoyed to know that Armaan is helping her. Has Armaan done the right thing?

Muskaan and Armaan reach her village where they discover that her father lied to her about her grandmother's health. Meanwhile, Padma and Shashank discuss the Silver Jubilee celebration of Sanjivani. Later, Shubhankar asks Kirti to have coffee with him. Why did Muskaan's father lie to her?

Thinking Armaan is Muskaan's boyfriend, her family teases Armaan. Meanwhile, Rahul tries to flirt with Riddhima. He tells Riddhima about Armaan's college days. He narrates incidents about Armaan. Will Riddhima believe Rahul? Will Rahul be able to impress Riddhima?

Despite the Lohri celebrations in Muskaan's home town, Armaan feels lonely without Riddhima. Riddhima too misses Armaan. They try to contact each other on phone but in vain. Later, Muskaan realizes something about Armaan. Is Muskaan developing feelings for Armaan?

Armaan is shocked when he calls up Riddhima and Rahul answers her phone. Armaan decides to return the next day, but Muskaan's relatives refuse to let him go. Meanwhile, Rahul continues to impresses Riddhima. Kirti informs Muskaan that they are in Chandigarh to celebrate Sanjeevani's anniversary.

Armaan is surprised when Muskaan tells him about the Sanjeevani's silver jubilee celebrations in Chandigarh. To avoid being identified by anyone, he wears a turban. Later, in the bus stand, Riddhima sees Armaan. Will Riddhima be able to identify him?

The doctors decide to go to a Gurudwara. Coincidentally, Muskaan's family too goes there. Muskaan is shocked to see Riddhima in the Gurudwara. Later, Muskaan and Armaan go out to shop. Armaan sees Riddhima. Will Armaan and Riddhima come across each other?

Armaan feels jealous on seeing Rahul and Riddhima together. He gets furious and believes that Riddhima has grown close to Rahul. Riddhima tries to convince Armaan that it is not so. Meanwhile, a dreaded Bandit, Peshab Singh, attacks the Sanjeevani staff bus. How will they escape?

The goons don the role of the Kauravas and force everyone to act as characters from the Mahabharata. They proceed to enact the 'cheer-haran' of Muskaan, who is playing the role of Draupadi. Armaan tries to stop them. Will the goons harm Muskaan?

Armaan apologises to Riddhima for misunderstanding her, but she does not forgive him. Later, Gappu, a patient tricks them and makes Armaan kiss Ridhima. Meanwhile, the girls gather at Kirti's house to celebrate Valentine's Day without the boys. Will the boys follow suit?

Armaan visits Kirti's house dressed as a pizza delivery boy to meet Riddhima. The boys enter from three different directions and meet their respective girlfriends at Kirti's house. Later, Kirti and Shubhankar cut a cake and start dancing. Will Armaan and Riddhima join them?

Armaan gifts Riddhima a chain and Riddhima gives him comics in return. Shashank sends white flowers to Padma as a gift for Valentine's Day. Later, Armaan mistakes Muskaan to be Riddhima and hugs her. Rahul sees Armaan hugging Muskaan. Will Rahul use this against Armaan?

An anonymous person publishes a dedication to Riddhima in a daily newspaper. Armaan reads this and gets jealous. He seeks help from one of his journalist friends to find out who got the dedication published. Later, Armaan's friend finds out and informs Armaan. Who published the dedication?

Muskaan misses Armaan and plans to ask Kirti for suggestions on getting Armaan to reciprocate her feelings. Meanwhile, Armaan is fuming over Rahul's behaviour and attempts to impress Riddhima. Armaan decides to inform everyone about his relationship with Riddhima. How will Riddhima react to this?

Armaan tells everyone about his relationship with Riddhima. Later, when Riddhima is angry at him for opening up about their affair, Armaan keeps teasing her. Padma catches Armaan staring at Riddhima. Meanwhile, Rahul learns about Armaan’s marriage to Muskaan.

Armaan is shocked to learn that Rahul is aware about his trip to Patiala with Muskaan. Later, Rahul offers a lift to Riddhima, but Armaan forbids her from going with him. Armaan is restless and decides to tell the truth to Riddhima, but is not able to tell her.

Rahul asks Armaan not to hurt Muskaan’s feelings. He warns him of severe consequences if he plays with her life. However, Muskaan asks Rahul to stay out of her personal affairs. Meanwhile, Dr Kirti and Dr Shubhankar decide to go on a coffee date.

A few of the doctors steal medicines from Sanjeevani for their respective private practices. Some staff members inform Abhimanyu about it. Meanwhile, those doctors operate on a woman in the hospital without Abhimanyu’s permission.

Armaan waits for Riddhima at the party. He is in for a pleasant surprise as Riddhima has decided to admit her love towards him in front of everyone. Meanwhile, Rahul tries to warn Muskaan about Armaan and ends up telling the same to Riddhima.

Ridhima taunts Rahul and decides to have a chat with Armaan. She sees Muskaan giving Armaan a bracelet and misunderstands him. Armaan becomes suspicious when he sees Rahul taking Ridhima home. However, Ridhima ignores Armaan.

Armaan tries to tell Ridhima about his Punjab trip with Muskaan, but she refuses to listen and shouts at him. Later, he calls her up but she doesn’t answer the phone. Meanwhile, Muskaan is madly in love with Armaan. Tension brews up between Armaan and Ridhima.
