Shilpa challenges Armaan to a dance stand-off. Curiously, while Armaan and Shilpa dance, Riddhima feels pangs of jealousy. Armaan likes Shilpa and wishes to get close to her. Later, Armaan and Shilpa are asked to go to Panchgani as visiting doctors. Is it a plan to get them together?

Shilpa secretly interchanges a tetanus injection with a multi-vitamin injection. Shashank gets injured and is treated by Armaan. A tetanus injection has to be administered to Shashank. Will Armaan accidentally give Shashank the wrong injection?

Riddhima gets upset when Siddhant goes to a club without telling her. Meanwhile, some goons flirt with Shilpa and Armaan fights them off. Yuvraaj informs Jaggy and JP about his plans to go to the US. Shilpa challenges Armaan. What is it this time?

Shilpa lays a number of challenges before Armaan. They get into trouble with the police due to this. Siddhant sneaks into Riddhima's house to console her. Siddhant kisses Riddhima. While she asks him to leave, she feels happy about what happened. What new trouble will Shilpa cause for Armaan?

Riddhima berates Shilpa for breaching the hospital's rules. She insults and ridicules her actions. However, Shilpa’s colleagues defend her. Shilpa soon finds out Armaan's identity and is worried about the consequences. Will Armaan forgive Shilpa?

While Shilpa researches Armaan's position and achievements, he plots revenge against her. Meanwhile, Siddhant expresses his wish to take Riddhima home. When she comes to his house, Siddhant performs rituals to welcome her. Meanwhile, Armaan reaches the hospital, unaware of Shilpa's presence.

Dr Kirti hands over an intern's file to Armaan. Shilpa sees this and fears it is hers. She tries her best to get her hands on it but isn't able to. When Shilpa's identity is revealed, Armaan gets angry. Meanwhile, Dr Dhruv arrives at the hospital to discuss a case with Armaan.

Riddhima plans a surprise for Siddhant and invites him to the gallery. Armaan coincidentally arrives and Riddhima accidentally hugs him. Siddhant arrives late, which Riddhima doesn't like. Armaan swears revenge from Shilpa. What will he do?

Armaan requests Shilpa to assist him on a case. The patient undergoes paralysis due to a mistake and Armaan blames Shilpa. Later, Armaan reveals it to be a prank but Shilpa gets very upset about it. Will Armaan make peace with Shilpa?

Still upset over Armaan's prank, Shilpa feels hurt and sad. Armaan regrets his actions and apologises to her. When duties are being assigned to interns, Shilpa refuses to work with Armaan. This increases the enmity between them.

JP shares some tips on love with Siddhant and he tries to use them with Riddhima. Meanwhile, Armaan gets suspicious about a patient admitted in the hospital. He enquires about the wounds inflicted. He tries to inform the police, but Shilpa feels he is overreacting.

On being constantly questioned by Armaan, the patient in question reveals the truth to him. The police enquire about the incident and the patient is grateful to Armaan. Meanwhile, Siddhant plans another date with Riddhima and she agrees to go out with him.

Armaan welcomes Shilpa at a party and tries to improve their relationship. However, an unfortunate incident creates a rift between them. Dr Shashank announces Riddhima as the disciplinary officer to maintain decorum at the hospital. What went wrong in the party?

Shilpa plans to get even with Armaan. On her behest, JP lures Armaan to a particular corridor. Armaan gets hurt by a rusted iron rod. Shilpa replaces a tetanus injection with a sleep walking injection and hopes to exact revenge. Will this prove to be harmful?

During a meeting in the hospital, Shashank talks about the need for discipline. Riddhima, Arman and Shilpa exchange heated words during the meeting. Shashank shows some video footage which is discussed. Shilpa realises that she is in love with Armaan.

Riddhima argues with Siddhant and then with Armaan. Shashank calls a meeting in the hospital and announces the name of the new person in-charge of discipline in the hospital. Armaan and JP feel jealous, while Riddhima argues with Shashank. Who is the new in-charge?

Shilpa finds documents in a garbage bin, reads through them, and is curious to know whose notes they are. Siddhant starts disciplining Jiggy and JP. Some children refuse to take their medicine in the hospital when Shilpa narrates a love story to them. Will Siddhant approve of her method?

Shilpa and Armaan see a promotion for a street-fighting contest. Shilpa announces Armaan’s name for the fight and they end up arguing. Shilpa instigates Armaan to fight and he agrees. While Armaan fights well and shows a clear upper hand over his opponent, the wily opponent cheats and badly injures Armaan.

Guilty for making Armaan participate in a street fight, Shilpa takes him home. She tends to his wounds and there are several moments when she is on the verge of expressing her feelings for him. Meanwhile, Siddhant frantically tries to reach Armaan even as Shilpa tries to stitch Armaan's wounds.

Armaan remembers the special effort that Riddhima would make, to make his birthday special. With that in mind, in spite of his injuries, Armaan goes to wish Riddhima. However, Shilpa tells Armaan that Riddhima wants to spend her birthday only with Siddhant. Will this deter Armaan?
