Nikita and Atul trick Riddhima to come along with them. Shashank acknowledges Armaan’s love for Riddhima and the companionship between them. Everybody rejoices as Armaan and Riddhima are back together. Then, Armaan asks Riddhima to marry him

Abhimanyu’s lawyer informs him that Jiya has refused to grant him a divorce. Atul accompanies Armaan to Shashank’s house and he asks for Riddhima’s hand in marriage. Shashank gladly agrees and meets Armaan’s family to take the talks forward. Abhimanyu feels that Nikita deserves to know about Jiya. Will he tell her?

Nikita shares her wedding fantasies with Abhimanyu. He feels guilty about hiding his first marriage from her. Billy announces the dates of Armaan and Riddhima’s wedding. However, trouble awaits Abhimanyu. Nikita overhears his conversation with his divorce lawyer. How will she deal with this big revelation?

At his engagement to Riddhima, Armaan realises he does not have the ring as he has left it back at the house by mistake. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu confesses his loves for Nikita in front of everyone.

Shashank, Padma and Anjali pamper Riddhima before getting her ready for the engagement. Abhimanyu sees bouquets in his cabins, and thinks Nikita has sent them. He’s shocked to see a note from Jia on the flowers. He warns Nikita that Jia is in India and she must stay away from him in her presence.

Two unidentified people enter the hospital and force Riddhima to get a patient out of the hospital. They ask her not to raise an alarm and threaten to shoot the patient if she disobeys. When Muskaan sees them, one of the abductors puts a gun to her head. Will help arrive in time?

The girl being abducted is a minister’s daughter who is in love with a man. But, her father is against the marriage. Riddhima learns that the abductors are Anshul and Chhote. She tells Armaan about this who decides to help the couple.

The police assure Anshul and Chhote that all their demands will be met and, therefore, they should release the hostages. However, the minister gets impatient, and orders the police to kill everyone except Prerna if they have to. Will anyone get hurt in the police action?

It’s been six months since the unfortunate shootout. Shashank is unable to get over the terrible memories of the unfortunate event. Nikita and Abhimanyu’s relations are less than cordial. Meanwhile, Siddhant, Tamanna, Naina and Yuvraj begin their journey as interns. Will they revive the lost spirit of Sanjeevani?

A puppy is almost killed by Siddhant’s over-speeding car. Tamana witnesses Siddhant’s aggressive behavior on the road. Meanwhile, Yuvraj saves an elderly couple from a speeding jeep. Later, Yuvraj is suspicious when Naina makes a loud entrance.

All the interns, including Atul, gather in the conference room. Shashank is about to address them. He is annoyed as two interns are running late on their first day itself. He’s enraged by Siddhant’s misbehaviour and suspends him and Tamanna from the orientation.

Shashank addresses the orientation but he is not impressed by the interns and Tamana apologises to him. But Shashank leaves without letting her finish with her explanation. Later, the interns are assigned their first job.

Siddhant is clumsy in the ward and Kirti gives him the final warning. A patient’s health suddenly deteriorates, and the interns panic. Later, Kirti has to go on maternity leave and Nikita replaces her. Is she happy to fill Kirti's shoes?

While all the interns sit together in the canteen, Yuvraj stays aloof. Abhimanyu reveals to Nikita that Jia suggested her name, to fill in for Kirti, when she would be away on leave. Tamana’s father makes her swear that she’ll never expose him. Why does Tamana have to make such a promise?

The interns plan to go for a Dandiya dance party. Tamana refuses to join them. Atul tells Nikita how he feels about repeating a year as an intern. Yuvraj sneaks into Shashank’s cabin and checks it out. Jia invites Nikita on her wedding anniversary.

Siddhant drops Tamana home. Jia asks Nikita to suggest the outfit that Abhimanyu would like her to wear. Yuvraj resents the fact Naina has been chosen to assist Shashank. Meanwhile, Tamana forgets her keys in Siddhant’s car. He searches for her house to give it back to her.

Tamana’s father sees Siddhant coming and hides from him. Her mother stops him from coming inSiddhante and asks him to hand over the wallet. Siddhant refuses to give it to her. He hears Tamana’s voice. Later, a man misbehaves with Naina at the Dandiya party. Yuvraj warns the man.

Siddhant helps with lights at the Ram Leela. Tamana comperes the show and also plays the character of Sita. Meanwhile, Naina tells Yuvraj that she’ll return his favour, as he saved her from eve-teasers at the party. Later, Tamana scolds Siddhant for not handling the lights properly.

Nikita is annoyed with the interns and she punishes them with additional tasks. Tamana and Siddhant are instructed to assist Dr. Nikita for the whole day. Nikita overhears Abhimanyu saying that he is trying to cure Jia.

Nikita complains to Abhimanyu about Siddhant’s behaviour. He warns Siddhant to be careful in the future, but Siddhant continues to misbehave whichenrages Nikita even more. When a patient goes missing, Nikita questions Siddhant and Tamana about it.

Siddhant and Tamana panic, as they cannot find the missing patient. Then, Dr. Kirti finds her and rushes her to the ICU. Later, Siddhant apologises to Nikita and Tamana also owns up to her mistake. Will this event have repercussions on their career?

Siddhant is apologetic that Tamana is blamed for his mistake and tries to console her. Shashank is extremely disappointed with both of them. Tamana’s parents worry about the serious consequences of the events on her career. Will Tamana be able to sort out the mess?

Abhimanyu and Jia are celebrating their anniversary. Jia picks on Nikita as soon as she arrives and she decides to get out of there. But, just then, Abhimanyu confesses his love for Nikita. Jia overhears their conversation and vows to get rid of Nikita forever.

Shashank lets Yuvraj assist him in a surgery and informs Naina about his decision. Naina is not happy and she warns Yuvraj that there’s something fishy about him and threatens to get to the bottom of it.

Kokila Aunty, a patient, is suffering from depression. The interns feel committed to make her speak. They plan to perform a skit for her. Shashank asks Naina and Yuvraj to get ready for the surgery. Yuvraj secretly tampers with Shashank’s mask. What’s he up to?

Naina wears Shashank’s mask and faints in the operation theatre. When she is revived, she realises the mask had some fluid on it. She suspects Yuvraj. Will she warn Shashank about Yuvraj’s behaviour?

Yuvraj admits to putting fluid on Shashank’s mask. Abhimanyu asks Nikita to be lenient with Siddhant and Tamana as their careers are at stake. Nikita insists on being fair. Finally, Tamana is let off but Siddhant is punished harshly. Can his career be saved?

Siddhant confronts Tamana for saving him from being rusticated from Sanjeevani. He tells her that he doesn’t intend to continue there. Yuvraj learns that Naina has kept the fact of her working at Sanjeevani hidden form her dad. Will he use this information to blackmail her?

Yuvraj follows Naina to a restaurant. Her dad wants her to see a prospective groom there. Siddhant and Tamana are transferred to a rural area but Siddhant is not keen on the assignment. He requests Abhimanyu to remove him from Sanjeevani instead. Will Yuvraj confront Naina?

Yuvraj threatens to reveal Naina’s secrets. Meanwhile, Tamana’s mother is anxious about sending her to a rural area. Naina is worried that her family might find out about her internship. Seeing her worried, Jitendra tries to calm her down.How will she get out of this situation?

Everyone is celebrating Diwali but Shashank is not in the mood for festivities. Jia tells Kirti that she also plans to have a baby like her. Naina wants to patch up with Yuvraj, so that he doesn’t reveal his internship to her parents. Meanwhile, Nikita’s saree catches fire. Will Diwali bring peace or panic to Sanjeevani?

Jia asks Nikita and Atul to help her distribute gifts in the children’s ward. Later, she brings Abhimanyu to the ward and creates an impression that Atul and Nikita might be going around. Naina and Jignesh go to a mental hospital to probe Yuvraj’s secret when Yuvraj catches them.

Yuvraj is enraged by Naina for trying to spy on him. He tells her she’ll never have a place in his life. Siddhant secretly plans to go to Houston. He does not answer Abhimanyu’s calls. Tamana is tense as her career is in danger. Will the other interns learn about Siddhant’s plan?

The episode starts with Jia and Abhimanyu quarreling. It's because Abhimanyu is in love with Nikita and not his wife. Meanwhile Jitendra gets stuck in a window. Nikita, Atul and Tamana try to get him out. Yuvraj manages to get him out. Everybody starts searching Siddhant's house. Abhimanyu goes and complaints about Jia to the doctor. But the doctor supports Jia. Shashank tells Tamana that she will have to go to the orphanage with Siddhant.

Tamana’s father falls ill and is admitted in Sanjeevani. The interns request Kirti to forgive Tamana, but she says it’s Shashank’s call. To attract Yuvraj's attention, Naina pretends that she has a boyfriend. Tamana’s mother comes to look after her father. Will Shashank forgive Tamana?

Tamana apologises to Siddhant for her behaviour. Abhimanyu tells Jia that he has dismissed Nikita and she’s delighted with the news. Tamana and Siddhant reach Mumbai. There, her father is looking for a prospective groom for her. Will Tamana and Siddhant find some chemistry?

Shashank expels Siddhant and Tamana. Siddhant pleads for one more chance for both of them. Abhimanyu tells Jia he’s leaving her forever. She pretends to hurt herself to stop him. Will Jia succeed in emotionally blackmailing him? Will Shashank give Tamana and Siddhant a last chance?

Jia goes to Nikita’s house to apologise to her. Tamana and Siddhant share some playful moments with each other, as they get a lift from an old couple in their car. Nikita tells Abhimanyu that she doesn’t love him. Will their love succumb to Jia’s plotting, while Tamana and Siddhant bask in each other’s presence?

Diwali celebrations brighten up Sanjeevani. However; Yuvraj behaves rudely with Naina and tells her she can never be friends with him. Tamana is upset about her father’s health. Jia is out to hurt Nikita and she sets her saree on fire. What will be Nikita’s fate?

Siddhanth saves Tamanna from being molested by the driver. Later, Tamanna asks him to return to America after his project. Meanwhile, Naina prevents Yuvraj and Jitender Prasad from tormenting Jignesh. Why are they torturing Jignesh?

Naina’s father comes to Mumbai. She’s scared as she might not be able to conceal her profession from him. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu sends Nikita a letter written in blood. Tamana and Siddhant visit the rural area they are transferred to. Will Naina’s father find out that she’s pursuing medicine?

Abhimanyu is shocked that Nikita has received a letter in his name, which he did not send. He confronts Jia about it. Tamana suggests that Siddhant should play with the kids to befriend them. Naina’s father sees her in the hospital. Is her lie about to be exposed?

Yuvraj tells Naina to come up with a lie to justify her reason for being in the hospital. Atul asks Nikita to stay away from Abhimanyu, as he knows how it must hurt her to be around him. Naina asks Yuvraj to pretend to be her boyfriend. Will Yuvraj develop a soft corner for Naina?

Naina’s father finds out that she’s a doctor. Siddhant confronts the head of the society for stopping him from treating kids from all castes. Will Naina’s father support her dream? Will Siddhant continue to fight for the rights of the kids?

Jia gets injured, and everybody thinks Nikita tried to kill her. Shashank decides to call the police to look into the matter. Abhimanyu insists on probing jia’s injury and asks him to wait until the reports come. Meanwhile, Tamana and Siddhant get lost in a jungle and take shelter in a cottage.

Jia blackmails Abhimanyu and makes him promise he’ll never leave her, if he wants Nikita to be saved. Yuvraj looks for Shashank’s case file which is at his house. Later, Yuvraj overhears Naina telling JP that she will stay at Shashank’s house. Will Abhimanyu agree to Jia’s demand. to save Nikita?

Siddhant feels awkward when Tamana apologises to him. Meanwhile, Jia is delighted that Abhimanyu has dismissed Nikita. Yuvraj tells Naina’s father that he is not her boyfriend. Later, Tamana’s mother suspects that she’s having an affair.

Yuvraj does not want Naina to follow him. Siddhant thinks he is in love with Tamana but is not completely sure. Abhimanyu comes to know that Jia has stabbed herself and Nikki was not involved in the incident. He asks everyone to keep an eye on Jia. Will he be able to stop Jia from committing suicide?

Siddhant wants to meet Tamana but is confused how to express his feelings to her. Tamana asks the children to stop Siddhant from coming to her house as she is worried about the meeting. Goons flirt with Naina and Yuvraj saves her, which surprises Naina. What
