A team of doctors prepares to carry out an innovative transplant operation in Poland. The procedure connects three pairs of donors and recipients who find out that they have qualified to participate.

Iza and Kamil's relationship goes through a crisis; Iza cannot accept the fact that her fiancé wants to donate a kidney.

All of the pairs must persevere in the collective surgery, despite the fact they have personal problems that doctors do not know about.

A thread of understanding is created between Olga and Marcin; Marcin shares his problems with Janusz's daughter, which distances him even further from his wife.

Iza suspects that her fiancé has cheated on her; Olga has doubts about participating in the program; a father's transformation prompts doubts in those around him.

Beata tells Marcin that she wants to divorce him and she is sure that her husband no longer loves her; Paweł informs his father about Olga's decision and contacts professor Bielik.
