

A powerful hero enjoys a life of slaying monsters and hoarding treasure. But when he meets a curious woman, he begins to see that not all treasure is silver and gold. Old habits die hard, however, and some of the most fearsome monsters can come from within...

This episode is all about Amerath after her break-up with Alethrion. The Ruden are introduced as bird-like demigods that protect the gods from danger. The Ruden knows of Alethrion's Greed and tries to convince Amerath to help stop it. She declines but helps him recover after he injured his arm and they travel across the land. Amerath inherits a Ruden's power to See in this episode and knows what will happen when Alethrion's bottomless chest opens.

In the small village of Tohan, the young boy Wilhelm is wasting his life on everyday business. Suddenly a glorious hero rides by him. As the boy watches the knight in total admiration the hero accidentally drops a treasure map. Wilhelm picks it up, but sees that another boy, Vito, has also claimed the map. They rip the map into two pieces by accident and end up with one part each. With a half each, they are forced to travel after the treasure on an epic quest together, in hope of becoming as glorious as the hero...

Thug's Life tells the story of the gang leader Mira, the disco fighting dancer Uruth and the Rallok frog Zit.

The episode follows the original protagonists, Wilhelm and Vito, years after their initial adventure in "The Reward".

This episode is the beginning of Blenn and Jarna's journey. Blenn is Vito's bastard son and Jarna is a tribe warrior from his home town.

The episode follows Tira, the daughter of Mira. Now grown and an assassin queen, Tira is driven by a thirst for vengeance against Wilhelm, the man who killed her mother. Her journey intersects with Brühn, a narcissistic hero whom she travels with for a time while tracking her target.
