

The series begins with back-to-back challenges: flower-inspired cupcakes and upside-down cakes using fresh fruit.

The seven remaining bakers take sweet and tart to a whole new level. In the first challenge, they must create a honey dessert, while for their main heat challenge, they have to pucker up to lemons and limes and bake a citrus treat.

The bakers take on a special treat, transforming coffee and cream into a delectable dessert; whipping up a festive mom-worthy brunch.

The five bakers left in the Spring Baking Championship are challenged to bake for a birthday bash. They kick it off with desserts on a stick followed by an amazing birthday cake paired with homemade ice cream.
