Tuscany is Sophie's destination this week, where she joins Tony and Christine Mooney. They transport the treats of the Tuscan table back to British shores in the form of crostini with tomatoes and wild mushrooms frittata.

Sophie's final culinary postcard comes from Crete, where fish is fresh from the sea, juicy pork Kebabs, superb stuffed vegetables, crisp Greek salad and moist walnut cake served with fresh oranges and creamy Greek yoghurt are the orders of the day.
