A musician serving others for 20 years, Joseph Marchand dreams of a first solo album. Unfortunately, he is paralyzed by a heartache that prevents him from composing.
01. A Need for Change
Weakened by a recent heartbreak, Joseph decides to leave his agent, Ariane, in the hope that this change will allow him to compose his first solo album.
02. Denial and Numbness
Overwhelmed by the presence of his agender, Ariane, who has become his roommate, Joseph learns that he will have to go through the five stages of grief if he wants to become functional again.
03. Withdrawal
Tensions are rising between Joseph and Ariane, who has confiscated his phone to help him get away from his ex.
04. Anger
Joseph learns that his ex is seeing a guitarist. He also tries to fall in love again to move on, but Ariane's plans complicate things
05. Depression and Despair
Ariane has played Joseph's demos to Émile Bilodeau, so he can give her some advice. Joseph has a date with an actress.
06. Acceptance and Reconstruction
Things are moving for Joseph. He has found inspiration again and has even met a new agent. All he has to do now is tell Ariane the news.
