Six psychiatric patients arrive at an isolated winery to complete the final stage of treatment under Doctor Marlow. As they settle in, tensions and personal conflicts begin to surface.

Shortly after their arrival, the patients begin to experience disturbing hallucinations that raise doubts about the treatment and the intentions of Doctor Marlow.

Inspector Héctor Castro arrives to take charge of the investigation into the doctor’s murder, while the patients face growing pressure as the situation becomes more unstable.

Ana Morantes is the next patient to be questioned, as fragments of a blurred and troubling memory begin to resurface during the investigation.

As Castro continues his interrogations, a dark secret begins to emerge, pointing toward a possible motive behind the crime.

Castro investigates the identity of one of the patients while questioning Fariba, uncovering inconsistencies in her story.

The revelation of the knight in Norman’s ceremony becomes a real threat to Doctor Marlow.

After all the interrogations, Castro is unable to prove which of the patients is the killer, forcing him to confront the limits of the case.
