As the visions shed light on more victims, Laz connects the historic murder of his sister Sutton, the suspicious death of his father, and many other murders back to one suspect.

Laz spirals after a bombshell from his sister Jenna. Another vision causes Laz to believe the murderer has struck again; but a frantic search for the victim ends in more violence.

Laz and Jenna make a shocking discovery that refocuses Laz on a different suspect for Sutton's murder. Someone close to Laz comes under threat and a manhunt ensues.

After visiting an old patient, Laz realises the common denominator in all the murder cases. A deadly chase brings out figures from Laz's past for a final reckoning.
