As a new season of Latin Pro-Am competition begins, five women who dance as a hobby prepare themselves for the first competition of the year; the stress of trying to balance jealous husbands, demanding jobs and an all-consuming hobby comes to a head.

The first competition kicks off, and the women leave it all on the dance floor; Sabrina vows to redeem her second-place finish; Colette spends quality time with her son; Leonie still doesn't feel ready to tackle a big competition.

Leonie still feels insecure about her partnership with Koysta and her own ability, so they head to a smaller competition near home; desperate to avenge her second-place finish at TriState, Sabrina leaves her family to celebrate Passover without her.

Leonie tries to quiet her self-doubt as she and Koysta hit the dance floor for the first time; Pooja takes the floor for her first Latin competition; Colette is determined to beat her and her ex-partner Kristijan.

After placing first in New Orleans, Sabrina is determined to prove it wasn't a fluke, but guilt from her family could derail her chances; Colette surprises Pooja in an attempt to find common ground.

At the Atlanta Open, the dancers are rattled by Leonie's surprise appearance; the tension between Sabrina and Stas explodes on and off the dance floor; Donie's placement continues to frustrate her; Colette finds peace in the ballroom and at home.
