Season 2

Carlo wants to live his life as he wishes. After the success of his book he meets an adventurous writer, Sofia. While helping Chicco win back Maddalena, he tries to make a new film with the singer Sangiovanni.

Carlo offers Max a role in his film. Carlo tries to support his children, while family tensions emerge. Sangiovanni is hesitant about his involvement in the film. Carlo and Sofia chat pleasantly and begin a relationship.

Carlo proposes the script to Ludovica Martino, but she is reluctant to act with Sangiovanni. During a night swim in the sea Carlo and Sofia are robbed. When Carlo returns home he discovers that Chicco is in the hospital.

Carlo is haunted by criminal threats and meets a new butler, Nosferatu. Carlo tries to shoot a kiss scene between the two lead actors, which ends badly. Maddalena brings Chicco home from the hospital, Nosferatu spies on them.

Cantalupo suggests to Carlo to organize a "team building" in Fregene to strengthen the harmony between the actors. During the stay, Ludovica and Sangiovanni experience nightly tensions, Sangiovanni runs away and finds refuge with Maria de Filippi.

Carlo faces a chaotic day between preparations for the film, conflicts with Sangiovanni, Ludovica's decision to leave the film and the news of the admiral's death, then seeking comfort at the spa with Annamaria.

After Ludovica leaves, Carlo faces disastrous casting tests and an eccentric motivator. However, thanks to the inspiration of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Carlo finds the strength to overcome the challenges and continue the film project.

Carlo rediscovers his passion for cinema thanks to a new actress and the surrounding enthusiasm, while family dynamics evolve and a flying experience with Sofia leads to an inner liberation.

Before the filming of "Maria F.", Carlo is overwhelmed by intense emotions, while Fabio Traversa apologizes before revealing himself as the author of the threats suffered by Carlo, leading to a growing tension and a final celebration among friends.

Carlo is on his first day of shooting and discovers that Sangiovanni has also abandoned the film. Between anxiety, panic attacks and the early birth of his daughter, the day turns into an experience of reflection and acceptance of life.
