At an upscale party, Lisa confronts Bronwyn and Angie over gossip spread about her past lawsuits. Mary supports Robert Junior on his sobriety journey. Heather reluctantly offers Bronwyn a second chance at friendship.

In a can't-miss crossover event with "Below Deck Down Under," the women take off for Heather's Caribbean adventure, but one housewife is noticeably missing. Once on deck, Britani flirts with Capt. Jason and the deck crew. Angie tries to find her sea legs. Bronwyn and Whitney question whether one of the women has been leaking stories to the press.

Meredith finds herself in the hot seat as she’s faced with fresh accusations from the women. After the dust settles, Angie shakes things up with a surprise for the women.

The ladies kick off their Greek getaway in Santorini, but paradise doesn't stay peaceful for long. A day of beaches and boutiques turns stormy when Meredith and Heather's tension boils over.

It's Mother's Day in Santorini and Meredith's mood sours after missing a chance to speak with her son. Tensions linger after the previous night's dinner. The group shares laughs poolside before heading out for the night.

The Santorini trip continues and Angie surprises the ladies with a once-in-a-lifetime photoshoot. A relaxing day at the spa takes a loud turn as Britani finds herself at odds with many of the other women.

On their final day in Santorini, the ladies visit with Angie’s cousin at a winery and learn more about her culture and family history. After meeting with a local playwright, the group attends a special performance of traditional Greek theater about them. The play receives mixed reviews from the women, leading them to square off against each other.

The women of Salt Lake City come together in NYC to discuss the past season and celebrate hitting a milestone 100 episodes. Lisa answers questions about her self-described very different lifestyle. Tensions flare when Bronwyn and Lisa go toe-to-toe about their truce. Heather and Angie are accused of teaming up against Lisa. Britani joins the stage and gives an update on her relationship with her daughter. Angie brings a scroll of evidence to prove who is behind the alleged leak.

The reunion continues with Mary sharing an emotional update about her son and how she feels about her church being in the spotlight. The women attempt to find resolution about what happened on the plane ride from Canouan. Heather draws a line in the sand with Meredith. Meredith provides some insight into the shocking root of her issues with Britani.
